Full Kitchen Remodel

First I want to start off and tell you we started this project in October and only worked on the kitchen on Sunday’s because that’s our only day off from work. Also, we didn’t hire anyone with the remodel. We are still not 100% done. We are debating if we should purchase new countertops as well. We started off painting the kitchen walls 3 walls were painted with BM paint color Berkshire Beige AC-2 and an accent wall of Texas Leather AC-3.  We painted the trim and cabinets with Sherwin Willams Proclassic Waterborne Interior Acrylic Enamel Pure White Paint, added stainless steel handles on all the cabinets. We bought brand new appliances. My dad and boyfriend added canned lights above the counters for lighting. We took out the old vinyl tile flooring and replaced it with 18x18 ceramic tile. At the end of the post I will put down our budget and total spent on the kitchen remodel.

I FOUND TILE

I found this tile at a store by my house called Home Outlet Plus.

They have such good prices. 69 cents a square foot. fom this ceramic tile.

There are sooo many choices and colors and sizes.

We ended up buying the larger til.

I can't wait to get them in the kitchen.

My new home!!

For all that don't know my boyfriend and I just recently bought a house! I'm so excited to start making it our home. I wanted to put up some pictures of the interior before we start the changes. Bare with me on the afters because there is going to be a lot of changes! Anyways if you have any ideas about designing rooms feel free to comment. Thanks have a great weekend!

Sorry I’ve been busy

It’s been a long week with my mom going to the hospital and about 3,000 yellow jackets were found in our attic of our house. I promise I will try to give you more updates. Have a good week everyone and wishing my sister a wonderful birthday!

Lamp Makeover

Recently I got a set of 2 lamps at a garage sale for only $5. I went to a different garage in Pingree Grove a month ago and found cute lamp shades to match for $5

5 + 5 = 10 dollars total

Then, I decided today thatI was giving them a makeover with spray paint.
